An exciting new project which draws on years of collective musical experience: a North-East London three-piece which reunites the members of duo The Pretty Bricks; singer-songwriter Russell Joslin and drummer Jacob Wheeler, with bass player Rolfin Nyhus completing the line-up. The band’s sound is at once both melodious and discordant, fusing distorted finger-picked guitar with taut bass-lines and insistent percussion, all providing a compellingly frenetic musical backdrop for the literate and enigmatic lyrics.

HOUSE OF STICKS
House of Sticks are a new alternative rock trio from Essex. Their music melds rock, indie, grunge, metal, prog. rock and punk, with an emphasis on contrasting loud/soft music and a large variation of styles from raw, simple songs to more elaborate and diverse arrangements. They recorded their first demo in January 2012 and began gigging soon after.
